Physical Address Required
All banks require a physical business address. Virtual addresses and PO Boxes are not accepted.
Use 3+ Employees
Report at least 3 employees. You can refer to contractors like cleaning staff as employees.
Include All Household Income
If over 21, include ALL household income sources: spouse income, investments, rental income, etc.
LLC Structure Preferred
Most banks prefer LLC as the business structure. Amex is the exception - use Corporation.
